Return and Refund Policy

At BUDDY, we want you to be satisfied with your order. That is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee after receipt, under the conditions detailed below.

This policy applies to purchases made on www.buddydrink.be, operated by O&M SRL, company number BE0754.749.776, whose registered office is located at 62 rue du Bailli, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium.

1. Drinks: satisfied or refunded within 30 days

Have you tasted a BUDDY drink and it does not suit you? You may request a refund within 30 days following receipt of your order.

We refund the full price paid for the pack concerned, even if you have opened and tasted one unit from that pack.

To benefit from this guarantee, send an email to info@buddydrink.be by indicating your order number and the pack concerned. Our team will inform you of the applicable arrangements. Please contact us before making any shipment.

You may share your feedback with us to help improve our products, but no justification is required to benefit from this guarantee.

The refund is issued to the payment method used for the purchase, within 5 to 10 business days following your request, without prejudice to the applicable statutory time limits.

2. Clothing and accessories: returns within 30 days

For BUDDY clothing and accessories, you have 30 days after receipt to inform us of your wish to return an item, by writing to info@buddydrink.be.

The items must then be returned within 14 days following your request, at the following address:

Indicate your order number in the package to facilitate its processing. Carefully package the items and retain your proof of shipment. A tracked shipment is recommended.

For requests made after the statutory withdrawal period, our commercial extension applies to unused, unwashed, complete items in their original packaging, with any applicable labels.

The direct return costs for a change of mind are your responsibility, according to the rate charged by the carrier selected. No restocking fee is charged.

Refunds for items meeting the conditions of our commercial extension are made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days following receipt. Returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal are subject to the rules below.

3. Statutory right of withdrawal

Our money-back guarantee supplements your statutory rights and does not limit them.

You have 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify your choice. Where a single order comprises several goods delivered separately, this period begins on the day following receipt of the last good.

You may, in particular, exercise this right by e-mail at info@buddydrink.be, or by any other declaration clearly expressing your decision. To facilitate processing, indicate your name, order number and the items concerned. Exercising this right does not require our prior authorization.

Clothing and accessories must be returned within 14 days following your notification, at the address indicated in section 2.

You may examine these items as you would in a store. A reduction in value may be deducted if the handling exceeds what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and operation. The absence of the original packaging does not, in itself, remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

For beverages, contact us according to the procedure indicated in section 1 to arrange for your request to be handled.

4. Refund procedures

Withdrawal within the statutory period

We refund the amounts due within 14 days following your notification of withdrawal.

For clothing and accessories, we may defer the refund until we receive the items or until we receive proof that they have been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If your withdrawal concerns the entire order, the initial delivery costs are also refunded, up to the amount of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of purchase. The surcharge paid for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded.

30-day commercial guarantee

For requests made after the statutory withdrawal period, the refund covers the price actually paid for the products concerned. Initial delivery costs are not refunded.

Processing times are those indicated in sections 1 and 2, depending on the product category.

Payment method

Refunds are made using the payment method used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method at no additional cost. No store credit will be imposed on you instead of a refund.

5. Damaged, defective or incorrect item

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect or contains an incorrect item, contact us at info@buddydrink.be stating your order number and the problem encountered. If possible, attach photos to facilitate processing.

Our team will inform you of the arrangements for covering these costs. Where a return is necessary due to a lack of conformity, damage during delivery or an error on our part in preparing the order, BUDDY will cover the corresponding costs.

We apply the remedies provided for by the legal guarantee: repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund.

The terms and duration of our 30-day commercial guarantee do not limit your rights under the legal guarantee.
